Each year, KordaMentha recruits a select number of bright, well-rounded graduates to build their career with us. On a case-by-case basis, we also offer internships to students wanting to explore an exciting career with us. Think beyond the expected

Forget traditional pathways – working with us gives you opportunities to explore new and interesting options to develop your career. Rather than running standard rotations, our Singapore-based Graduate Program brings variety to the next level. Based on your interests, skills, and field of study, you’ll either be recruited to work across both our specialist Restructuring and Forensic teams, or to work with our Forensic Technology team. Both options involve exciting work on some of the region’s most challenging matters.

Restructuring

Go beyond the spreadsheet to learn how complex businesses operate and how to help when they don’t. Our Restructuring team works with companies in financial distress – to restructure and stabilise the business or to recover value on behalf of stakeholders. Our graduates immediately become part of project teams helping manage some of the region’s largest and most complex turnarounds, corporate restructures, receiverships, court led administrations, and liquidations. You’ll immerse yourself in the business to understand how the numbers impact the people.

Forensic

A career in forensic accounting and investigations challenges inquisitive, analytical minds to find the facts behind the numbers. Join our forensic group and work closely with industry leaders on disputes, investigations, and other sensitive matters. You’ll learn how to ask the right questions to uncover, analyse, and clarify the full picture, and how we present our findings before courts, arbitral tribunals, or in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Forensic Technology

Dig deep into buried electronic information. Our Forensic Technology team identifies, preserves, analyses, and presents electronic evidence supporting civil, criminal, and regulatory matters. Work with us to support clients through cyber incident response, cryptocurrency and blockchain investigations, search warrant executions and data recovery, eDiscovery, and litigation support. You’ll learn the specialist skills and methodologies to become an expert in digital forensics.

Expert mentorship

You can jump straight in the deep end as a KordaMentha graduate or intern. On every engagement, you’ll work closely with senior leaders. With expert mentorship day to day, we give you the guidance and confidence to make a career splash now.
Ongoing development

We place great value on your learning and development. You can access additional educational opportunities through the KordaMentha Business School and customised in-house training programs.
Workplace flexibility

We work flexibly. From day to day, you might work on a client site, in one of our offices, or at home. You will be supported to find the right work-life balance to suit the firm’s goals and your own.
Diverse opportunities

Much of our client work involves cross-service line collaboration and sometimes even cross-jurisdictional involvement. So you’ll gain exposure to different speciality areas and sometimes you’ll travel beyond your base office, depending on the engagement.

Additional leave arrangements

Tailor your time off. We provide an extra six days per year of annual leave, on top of the government minimum of fourteen days. Additionally, the extra six days we allocate can roll over to the following year – it gives you the flexibility and enhance your work-life balance.
